SET Healing Sanctuary

At the SET Healing Sanctuary in Scottsdale, every experience begins on the SET Table™, a vibroacoustic treatment table that surrounds you in sound, frequency, and gentle vibration. Curated music using bilateral technology and resonant frequencies such as 432 hertz moves through your body, helping your mind quiet, your muscles soften, and your nervous system settle into a deep state of rest.

Many of our guests arrive feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Some live with anxiety that never seems to switch off, sleep that leaves them just as tired, or pain and tension their bodies have carried for years. Others are moving through grief, trauma, or a major life change, and some have tried everything and are simply ready for something different. And many come looking for clarity, peace, or a quiet place to reconnect with themselves.

Whatever you are carrying, you do not have to carry it alone. Our sanctuary was created as a place to set it down, breathe again, and support your own restoration.

Release · Reset · Restore
